The Connecticut Sun is an active participant in the community where Sun fans live, work and play. Our organization is dedicated to supporting and assisting community non-profit groups and education programs throughout New England.

Throughout the year, we are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes. While we try to accommodate as many requests as possible, the high volume of requests does not allow for all donations to be fulfilled. For your organization to be considered for a donation item from the Connecticut Sun, you must follow the guidelines below. Any request outside of these guidelines will not be fulfilled.

Donation Request Guidelines
  • Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event date.
  • Requests must be submitted via the form below. It is highly recommended that you include an event flyer on official letterhead attached. Additionally, the following information must be included in your request form:
    • Organization Name
    • Organization Mailing Address
    • Event Date and Description
    • Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
  • Additional Notes:
    • Requests for senior class parties, post-prom parties and other similar events are not granted.
    • We do not accept personal items to be autographed by the players or coaching staff
    • Your organization is only eligible to receive one donation per calendar year
    • Please do not call Sun Front Office staff regarding the status of your donation
      • You will be notified of the status at least 4 weeks prior to your event
    • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
