Through Empowerment Freedom Coaching, movement, mindfulness and moments to process internal messages, The FLYY Movement serves as a wholistic and safe space where women 40 years and older are invited to come into connection with limiting beliefs or personal trauma that may be holding them back from living their lives the way they want.
The FLYY Movement Founder and CEO, Sistah Anyangō Yaa Asantewaa-Battles is an Empowerment Freedom Coach, motivational speaker, performing artist and fitness professional. Having freed herself from past traumas through her practices, she has utilized movement and mindfulness to create a process that supports many women in freeing themselves from the negativity of their past experiences and encourages them to love themselves for exactly who they are.
