  • Mabrey had 12 third-quarter points and Gray had eight, together matching the entire Sun team in that ten-minute stretch.
  • The Wings outpaced the Sun, 27-18, in the final quarter, winning the contest 85-77.
  • The loss marks the first time the Sun have dropped a regular season home game since their 89-66 loss to Seattle on June 13, 2021. The Sun had won 12 straight regular season home games up until tonight’s loss.
  • With 11 points tonight, Hiedeman eclipsed 500 career points in the WNBA. She now has 502 points in four seasons with the Sun.
  • Thomas finished with a season-high nine assists, one shy from tying her career-high. She also grabbed eight boards on the night.
  • With two assists in the game, Jones has hit the 100-assist mark in her WNBA career.
  • The Sun finished 27-68 (39.7%) shooting on the night and only had three three-point field goals, both season-lows.
  • Connecticut outscored Dallas in points in the paint (38-26) and fast-break points (15-5), but Dallas had the edge in second-chance points (15-8).
