Mohegan Sun offers over 13,000 parking spots free of change.

• Indian Summer Garage
  • This covered facility provides direct access via the Autumn entrance to Casino of the Earth
• Riverview Garage
  • This facility provides direct access to the Summer entrance of Casino of the Earth and connects to Casino of the Sky.
• Winter Garage
  • This is a covered parking facility just outside of the Winter entrance of Casino of the Earth.

Special Parking

• Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
  • Tesla Destination Chargers are available on Level 4 of the Indiana Summer Garage, Level 3 of the Riverview Garage and Level 2 of the Winter Garage. Chargers are compatible with any EV offering both Tesla and Universal adapters.
• Valet Parking
  • In addition to ample on-site parking, our valet service at the hotel is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Fans will not be permitted to bring digital camera or video and audio recording equipment into the arena during Connecticut Sun games.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone at an event, anyone entering the Arena is subject to a reasonable search. This includes, but is not limited to bags, purses, coats and hats. Guests are prohibited from bringing the following items into Mohegan Sun Arena:

• backpacks
• balloons
• beach balls
• coolers
• firearms or weapons of any kind
• firecrackers
• folding chairs
• food, except for certain medical conditions
• glass, plastic or metal containers
• illegal drugs
• iPads
• knives
• Laptops
• noise makers or horns
• packages or any items the contents of which is not displayed
• parcels
• professional quality camera equipment
• signs (excluding WWE wrestling events)
• streamers
• strollers or baby seats
• tablets
• umbrellas
• video or audio recorders

The venue management reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly. At the discretion of venue management, certain items may be left at the bag checks at either entrance to the Arena. Management also reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.

Mohegan Sun Arena is a SMOKE-FREE venue. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Arena, including restrooms. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from the Arena.

All found items are immediately taken to the Arena security office located across from section 12. After the show is over, all items are taken to the casino lost and found. If you lose an item during an event, please see our event staff for assistance. If you realize you have lost an item after you leave the property, please call 1.888.226.7711 and ask to speak with someone in our lost and found. The lost and found is open seven days a week, from 8:00am until 4:00pm.

Re-Entry is not permitted for the Arena after the event is determined to be over (only exception will be for approved after-show events, which is a case-by-case basis and is subjected to change on the day of event.) Pre-planning, before you arrive at the Arena; discuss a meeting place with your group in case you get separated during or after the show. Please take note, there are two entrances (Earth by the Box Office & Sky near the Arena Club.)

If you must leave the Arena prior to the event ending, and plan to return; you must have your tickets scanned out by an usher at the entry doors. If you fail to follow this process, your ticket is validated as if you are still in the Arena and you will be denied re-entry.

Guests who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects, standing on Arena chairs or any other behavior deemed by Mohegan Sun Arena as disruptive or dangerous in nature, are subject to ejection from the Arena.

A valid ticket is required for all guests who enter the Arena.
Children under 24 months are required to sit on guardian’s lap and would not require a ticket.

Guests 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Guests 13 - 15 years old are strongly recommended to have a guardian.

Guests 16 years old and over may attend games alone.
