Uncasville, CT (May 13, 2024) – Today, the Connecticut Sun announced that the team has waived Sydney Wiese and Jocelyn Willoughby.
Wiese signed a training camp contract with the Sun on February 2, 2024. She logged eight minutes in the Sun’s preseason contest against New York, tallying three points and two assists. Willoughby signed a training camp contract with the Sun on February 19, 2024. She played 10 minutes in Thursday’s exhibition game, recording two points, one rebound and two steals.
