Uncasville, CT (April 21, 2023) – Today, the Connecticut Sun announced its new partnership with MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill. MJ23 will be doing a slew of activations all season long, focused on elevating the fan experience at Mohegan Sun Arena and enhancing the Connecticut Sun’s work in the community.

In addition to MJ23’s participation in the Connecticut Sun’s “Steals for Meals” program*, MJ23 will be engaging with fans all season long. To tip off the season, MJ23 will be hosting a Season Opener watch party. Fans are invited to join MJ23 to watch the Connecticut Sun take on the Indiana Fever on May 19th. Attendees will enjoy specialty cocktails and food specials, a Connecticut Sun themed pop-a-shot machine, an appearance from Blaze, and have the chance to win a giveaway of four tickets to the Connecticut Sun Home Opener against the Washington Mystics on May 21 at 1:00 PM EST.
During three games this season, two lucky fans will be selected from Section 17 in Mohegan Sun Arena to receive a $100 MJ23 gift card. At a date to be determined, MJ23 will also be hosting a player appearance after a Connecticut Sun home game.
