With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we're inviting Teri Carson of Carson Aesthetics Wellness Spa to host her popular tea-blending class in Uncasville. In addition to the standard monthly community council meeting, you'll learn about the importance of healthy ingredients and the effects that special tea blends can have on your physical and mental health. Everyone will leave with their own full-sized, personal curated tea blend and more! This is free of charge for community council members and guests.
Registration is required and open to all interested, must be 18+.
