Additional Game Day Information

  • For any gameday ticketing needs, please stop by the box office at windows 9 & 10 to speak with a Sun representative.  These windows open typically 30 minutes before member doors for each game.
    • Please note: Vouchers and Exchange Requests cannot be done at Source HQ, and must be sent in through the Ticket Request Form at least 5 days before the day of the game. 
    • If you have sent in a request within 5 days of the game, they will not be processed, and you will have to go to the box office if you still wish to redeem vouchers for that game.
    • To help speed up the process of pulling up your game tickets, we recommend downloading your tickets to your apple wallet or google wallet at home, before getting to the casino. You do not have to do this, but sometimes it may be a quicker way of accessing your tickets based on arena Wi-Fi status.
    • If you have not done so yet and would like to pick up your 2026 member packet, please see us at Source HQ located inside the arena on the main concourse behind section 11.
    • On game days our staff is largely unavailable to answer emails/calls and are typically not in the Sun Front Office leading up to when doors open before the game.
    • Once you are in the Arena, if you have any questions regarding season tickets, benefits, upcoming games, or more please stop by our Source HQ – located on the main concourse behind Section 11.
    • As a reminder, all giveaway items are first-come, first-serve so please arrive early to get yours! We will not be able to hold any giveaway items for anyone.  
    • All Members who have Courtside & Floor Access must use the escalator and/or elevator behind Section 23 to access the floor each game.  You must stop at the security table at the bottom of the escalator to get your Courtside Wristband before going to your seat. You MUST SHOW YOUR TICKET, not just Courtside Member ID Card, to get your wristband.
    • All wristbands for Courtside Tickets are not transferrable.
    • Once doors open for the General Public, the Member Only Line will be the entrance line furthest to the left at BOTH the EARTH & SKY entrances. Please note that the early entry for members may be delayed by a couple minutes periodically as the building is approved ready by the authorities.
    • Only members who have a credential (member card) or a guest member pass will be allowed entry through the member only line and for early entry. You may bring extra guests with you through the line only if they have a member guest pass that would have been sent to you ahead of time and can be located in your account manager portal for you to access for proof. The Member Only Line will remain in place as long as possible, but for certain games will end early to ensure all fans are able to enter the Arena as fast as possible.  This will be communicated ahead of time for games when the Member Only Line will close early.
    • Please check out our Arena and Bag Policy ahead of time to ensure a smooth security check in process when you arrive.
    • For in-game concessions, per WNBA policy - bottle caps are not permitted and will be removed from all bottles once you purchase any bottled drinks. This is a WNBA Policy that we must enforce.  For any other arena policies & questions, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
    • GUEST CONDUCT REMINDER: Per our Mohegan Sun Arena policies: Guests who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects, standing on Arena chairs or any other behavior deemed by Mohegan Sun Arena as disruptive or dangerous in nature, are subject to ejection from the Arena.
      • If there is ever an issue that arises in game regarding another fan, seating malfunction, etc. – please alert the nearest security officer or usher to assist, or fill out the Gameday Hotline Form. A member from the CT SUN staff can then be alerted and assist as needed.
