Uncasville, CT (March 6, 2023) – Natisha Hiedeman and Maccabi Ashdod fell to Israeli League opponent, Ramat Hasharon, 67-58. Hiedeman led her team in the effort with 16 points, two rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Tiffany Hayes and CBK Mersin defeated Mechelen, 69-62, in their final regular season contest of EuroLeague play on Wednesday, March 1. Hayes led the way with 19 points, four rebound, four assists and one steal in the win.
Alyssa Thomas, Brionna Jones and USK Prague took home a 71-50 win over Virtus Bologna in EuroLeague play on Wednesday, March 1. Jones tallied a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Thomas filled with stat sheet with eight points, 14 rebounds, nine assists and one steal. On Saturday, March 4, Jones and USK Prague defeated Slavia Prague, 104-51. Jones finished with 21 points, four rebounds, three steals and two blocks.
Lauren Cox and Valencia defeated Olympiacos in EuroLeague play, 65-55, on Wednesday, March 1. Cox notched 12 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks in the victory. On Saturday, March 4, Cox and Valencia picked up 92-63 win over Tenerife. Cox finished with 14 points, three rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks in the win.
Victoria Macaulay and Botas defeated Turkish League opponent, Bursa, 113-51, on Friday, March 3. Macaulay tallied 19 points, seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks. With the win, Botas moved to fourth place in the Turkish League standings with a record of 12-7.
Nirra Fields and Emlak Konut took home a 76-49 win over Antalya 07 on Friday, March 3 in Turkish League play. Fields finished with 12 points, eight rebounds, four assists and one steal in the win. Emlak Konut currently sits at fifth place in the Turkish League standings with a record of 10-9.
Olivia Nelson-Ododa and the Melbourne Boomers defeated Sydney, 100-60, on Saturday, March 4. Nelson-Ododa tallied 10 points, six rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks in the decisive victory.
Mikiah Herbert Harrigan and the London Lions picked up a 115-60 win over the Oaklands Wolves on Sunday, March 5. Herbert Harrigan led the way with 25 points, seven rebounds, two assists and one block in the victory. The London Lions currently sit at 12-1 and second in the English League standings.
