MESSAGE FROM THE TEAM:

The sports and entertainment industry is facing a changing environment that is forcing teams like the Connecticut Sun to evolve.

We need to be more efficient than ever with our resources as we streamline our organization. For some of you, your assigned Account Executive has either left the organization or had not yet started. Regardless of the situation, we are committed to provide you, our Sun season ticket members, with the continued best service possible.


We have established Spirit of Aquai Way service model to create a consistent level of service. Moving forward we will be taking a whole-team approach to service to ensure the best experience possible for you.


When you reach us at spiritofaquaiway@connecticutsun.com or 877-SUN-TIXX you are reaching all of our Account Executives, not just one.  At all times, these accounts will be monitored and serviced, and our commitment is the timeliest response and resolution to your question possible, no matter what these current times or future staffing structures will bring.


On the other side of spiritofaquaiway@connecticutsun.com or 877-SUN-TIXX are the same people you see at all of our member events and speak to at Member Central on game days (we miss those!) While we understand that this method of service is something new and there may be some adjustments initially, we will be checking in periodically with surveys to understand our performance and better respond to your valued feedback.


We will continue with consistent communication via email and on our dedicated season ticket member page. You can expect during the off season to receive a monthly newsletter and bi-weekly and weekly communication as we get into pre-season and the regular season.
