UNCASVILLE, Conn. (June 23, 2015) – The Connecticut Sun Foundation will host a golf tournament at Mohegan Sun Golf Club in Baltic on Thursday, July 9th.
Registration begins at 11 a.m., and a shotgun start will take place at 12:30 a.m. Lunch is available on the course throughout the tournament. Following the tournament there will be a cocktail and dessert reception and silent auction.
The fee to play in the tournament is $150 per golfer or $500 per foursome. Anyone interested in participating can contact Jen Hildebrand at 860-862-4087 or jhildebrand@connecticutsun.com.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Connecticut Sun Foundation, a 501 (C) (3) dedicated to supporting athletic and educational endeavors. The Foundation provides grants to be used for the refurbishment of basketball courts and equipment.
