On Tuesday, May 10th, Connecticut Sun players, coaches and front office staff joined fans for breakfast at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center to officially kick off the 2016 season.
Sun CEO Mitchell Etess, Vice President & General Manager Chris Sienko and new Head Coach Curt Miller spoke about goals and expectations for the upcoming season as well as answered questions from the audience. Everyone in attendance received an exclusive gift and had the opportunity to mix and mingle with the team.
Net proceeds from the event benefit the Connecticut Sun Foundation, which is dedicated to improving the lives of Connecticut’s youth by supporting athletic and educational endeavors.
